Born London 1960, arrived Australia 1962, and grew up in Perth. Worked for Wolfram Research Inc. (developer of Mathematica + Wolfram|Alpha) from 1989-1991 and presently act as a consultant. Columnist for The Mathematica Journal from 1990-2010. Physics Faculty member at UWA since 1992, with focus on computational physics, applied mathematics, and symbolic computation. Expert in Mathematica. Strong interest in electronic publishing, ebooks, and the forthcoming Computational Document Format (CDF).

Over the last 4 years, grew a non-existent molecular biology program to 6 researchers including 3 Master's level tech's and 2 Ph.D.'s. I grew up in Southern France. I won a Master degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology in Montpellier, France. I now work as a French-German speaking pedagogic designer in a Science Museum in Straßburg, Eastern France.
I grew up in Donnybrook, Western Australia before being accepted into the University of WA studying Agriculture and Commerce (double degree). I am graduating at the end of this year.
My study related work experience is in the field of agriculture governmental policy.
