I grew up in Augusta, GA after spending my first twelve years in the UK. I have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from USC (4.0 GPA) in 2002, and since then I've worked for NASA and for the faculty at Georgia Tech. Most recently, I've been an independent chemical consultant, and have patented over a dozen exciting technologies.

Organic Chemist
I design, modify, and refine the synthesis of molecules. Particular skills included developing new formulations and new combinations of organic chemicals to produce a desired effect (or to minimize a side-effect). I take great pride in never leaving a client unsatisfied. Whenever possible, I try to source my starting materials from renewable, sustainable feedstocks and use "green" chemistry for their manipulation.
