Make soft non-slip wood floor wax that has characteristics like candle wax - bees wax - tree gum.

I am looking for someone that has a knowledge base in Chemicals, Wax, and possible Tree gum. The goal is to formulate or find some type of product that can be applied to wood floors to make them non-slip.

There are many non-slip waxes on the market today but the one I am thinking of is just like candle wax. I would be happy to rub candle wax on my wood floors, but I have run into the the following problems: 1. Candle wax melts at a low temperature. Like when its in the sun. 2. I have to make make my final product soluble in some type of solution so that it can be mopped on the floor in my home. But the problem is that candle wax only dissolves in harsh type chemicals. 3. Candle wax is soft enough, but its just a bit to sticky.

So I need someone to help me find, or formulate a wax that can work around these problems. The price is negotiable, I was thinking some where around $300.00 USD
