Job: Accurately determine phytic acid content of processed and unprocessed grains, nuts and seeds.
Example: The book Food Phytates by Reddy gives a comprehensive analysis of the phytic acid content of many foods by weight. Attached is an example.
What I want to do is measure the phytic acid content of say a walnut. And then test some techniques of removing phytic acid. Such as roasting, soaking, sun drying etc. And test how much phytate is reduced.
In terms of cost, please state the cost on a per experiment or per batch of experiment basis. Or on a hourly basis with an estimated number of hours per test or batch of tests. Please ignore the budget field amount as I know costs increase with time spent and I will make my evaluation based on price of doing experiments.
