Hair Butter Product Made with Milk

(Hair Butter Product)

Main Ingredient is heavy whipping cream from cow milk. (Milk doesn't have to be organic milk, but everything else has to be organic). I need a shelf life of one a year period but a minimum of 6 months will do.

All additives will have to be organic. I would like to add the very best additives known to man that supports healthy beautiful hair growth. Some of these additives may be Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Gingko, Rosemary, Sunflower Oil, Vitamin E, Burdock roots, Aloe Vera, Flaxseed, Rosehips, Alfalfa, Dandelions, or the many of vitamin B2 herbal supplements. Additives should be from a different type of chemistry.

(Meaning no five types of vitamin E should be added into this one product. Product must have a variety of herbal hair supporting products). The product should have a good scent to it that will last for the duration.

My preference is to add no more than five additives to keep production cost down. This product is targeted to the African American people, but it would be a plus if this product could be used by every ethnic group. This product is going to be promoted with the use of a hair steamer to get the best results, but it will not be mandatory.

I will need the complete project information once finish. The amount of each ingredient added, and active ingredients and any other information that needs to be known to me, and the public meeting the federal law listed ingredients standard on a beauty product such as this.
