Description
An algorithm has been developed to rate sport teams relative to one another based on past performance. While ratings can be compared at a point in time between teams, it is not currently comparable between different points in time. I would like the ranking algorithm analyzed and a scaling (non-arbitrary) based on the algorithm developed to scale it at different points in time.
